Learn how to hide a USB Flash Drive

 

At the time that cloud storage is available for us to save our personal data that can be accessed later. We need USB flash drives to keep our important files secure. We know that cloud storage is not that secure due to recent hacking and data leaks. So now we need a way to keep our important files safe. What you need to do is use USB flash drives to store data and hide them from the access of others.

HIDE YOUR USB DRIVE

To hide your USB Flash Drive I came up with an amazing idea to keep your USB safe in Office, School, or Home. Follow the Steps to Hide the USB drive:

STEPS

1. Take a Highlighter and remove the back cap from it.
2. Now remove the ink from the inside of the Highlighter.
3. Take the USB flash drive and put it inside the Highlighter.
4. And now close the back cap of the Highlighter.
5. The USB drive is secure now.

BONUS

To make your USB drive more safe secure it with a password. To do that what you need is a BitLocker app.

1. Download and Install the BitLocker app. To download BitLocker Click here
2. Insert the USB drive into your laptop or PC.
3. Go-To Pc and right-click on the USB drive.
4. Then select Turn on BitLocker. now the BitLocker will open and initialize the USB drive.
5. Now click on "use a password to unlock the device".
6. Enter the password and confirm it then click next.
7. Then BitLocker will start the recovery option to secure your password as a file or onto your Microsoft account in case you forget your password. save the recovery file and click next.
8. Now BitLocker will start encrypting your Drive as it is done click finish.

Now your USB flash drive is secured with a password in case if anyone gets the USB and tries to use it. It will ask for a password to unlock it.
